Shipping

All orders placed on lalelu.com are processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and your order will be shipped. Delivery will occur within the estimated time frame based on the shipping method selected at checkout. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.

Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order, please email us at hello@laleluco.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Be sure to include “Cancel Order” and your order number in the subject line. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that once your order is fully processed and a tracking number is provided, we will not be able to cancel your order.

Returns

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items are returnable if they meet the following requirements:

Within 30 days from the date of purchase
In unused and resalable condition
In the original packaging with all the tags intact
